Recently, the final of the 2025 "Greater Bay Area Cup" cybersecurity competition kicked off at the International Convention and Exhibition Center in Zhuhai, bringing together 150 elite teams nationwide. GDUT’s "Maodun Alliance" won the Excellence Award and successfully ranked among the top ten.
Recently, the 2nd Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area University Three-person Basketball Tournament, sponsored by Macau Student Affairs Association, co-organized by Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Physical Education and Development Alliance, and co-hosted by Macau University, City University of Macau and St. Joseph's University of Macau, was successfully held. The GDUT team finally successfully defended its championship with a record of six victories in succession.
Recently, the 29th China University Table Tennis Championship was held in Rongcheng City, Shandong Province, attracting more than 400 athletes from 51 universities including Shanghai Jiaotong University and Zhejiang University. GDUT won 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals.
Recently, the 14th China College Shuttlecock Championship came to a successful conclusion in the gymnasium of Weihai Campus of Shandong Foreign Affairs Vocational University. GDUT won three championships: men's team, women's team and mixed pairs.
The 2025 Guangdong Provincial College Student Swimming Championships concluded successfully at South China Normal University. GDUT won 19 gold medals, 15 silver medals and 12 bronze medals, and won the first place in the overall team score of Group A and the second place in the overall team score of Group B.
