On September 27, the 2025 Academic Conference of the China Society of Industrial Economics and the seminar on "Promoting the Integrated Development of Technological Innovation and Industrial Innovation", organized by the China Society of Industrial Economics, hosted by Guangdong University of Technology, were held in Guangzhou, Guangdong.
Bai Jiangang, Secretary of CPC GDUT Committee, extended a warm welcome to all the guests, experts and scholars attending the annual meeting. He introduced the efforts and achievements made by GDUT in terms of discipline strength, industrial integration achievements, coordinated development of government, Industry-University-Research, etc., and hoped that the annual meeting would strengthen cooperation and contribute wisdom to the construction of a strong country in education, science and technology, and talents.
There are 6 sideline sessions with the themes of "Integrated Development of Innovation Chain and Industrial Chain", "Breakthrough of Key Technologies and Climbing of Value Chain", "Artificial Intelligence and Industrial Innovation", "Industrial Policy and Technological Innovation", "Opening to the outside world and Innovation" and "Financial Market and Innovation". Many experts and scholars from universities and research institutes presided over and commented on more than 30 papers at the annual meeting. The meeting has promoted the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, and provided wisdom and strength for cultivating the core engine of new productivity and solving the problems of China's scientific and technological innovation, industrial innovation and their integration.
