Recently, Bernard Meunier, distinguished professor of GDUT, leading talent in Guangdong Province, academician of the French Academy of Sciences, and international fellow of the Polish Academy of Sciences, won the 2024 China-France Chemistry Lectureship Award. This award aims to recognize Academician Bernard Meunier's outstanding contribution in the field of chemistry, especially at the intersection of organic chemistry, coordination chemistry and bioorganic chemistry.
As a senior expert in the fields of medicinal chemistry and bioinorganic, Bernard Meunier has served as distinguished professor of GDUT since 2012. He has made fruitful achievements in scientific research and personnel training in the school, and made outstanding contributions to Sino-French scientific and technological cooperation.
