From September 19th to 21st, the 9th HUAWEI CONNECT 2024 with the theme of "Win-Win Industry Intelligence" was held in Shanghai. Themed "Cultivating Outstanding Engineering Talents for the Integration of Industry and Education in the Bay Area", Qiu Xueqing, president of GDUT, gave a report at the summit of "Integration of Industry and Education to Build a New Ecology of Digital Intelligence Talents". He shared that GDUT worked with Huawei to build the first batch of "smart base" industry-education integration collaborative education bases in China, and built the first "Kunpeng Shengteng Developer Creation and Enjoy Society" in China with Huawei, and has cultivated outstanding engineering talents.
At the scene, GDUT signed a cooperation agreement with Huawei on "Kunpeng Shengteng Native Talent Promotion Program", becoming the first among the universities in China.
