From August 12th to 20th, the 28th China University Table Tennis Championship was held in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. This competition is sponsored by Federation of University Sports of China and Fuzhou Municipal Sports Bureau. As an important competition second only to the super group level in China's college table tennis championships, it attracted nearly 400 athletes from 29 universities such as Peking University and Shanghai Jiaotong University. The competition covers seven events, including men's and women's teams, men's and women's singles, men's and women's doubles and mixed doubles. GDUT athletes fighted together in the competition with bravery, and won 2 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze medals with outstanding performance.
