In the Eastern Regional Competition of the RoboMaster 2024 held from May 15th to 18th, after fierce competition between the group stage and the knockout round, the GDUT DynamicX team won the runner-up, creating its record in the regional competition in history. This year's Eastern Regional Competition brought together teams from 32 universities including Shanghai Jiaotong University and Zhejiang University, etc.
The RoboMaster Mech Master Super Contest is initiated and hosted by DJI. It is one of the most popular flagship events of the National College Student Robot Competition. Participating teams need to independently develop robots of different functions such as heroes, infantry, engineering, sentinels, darts and air. Tactical confrontation will be carried out in the designated competition field, and the opponent's robot and base will be attacked by controlling the robot to launch projectiles. At the end of the competition, the outcome will be determined by the remaining blood of the base. The competition fully integrates the knowledge and technology of many disciplines such as "mechanical control", "machine vision", "embedded system design", "autonomous navigation" and "human-computer interaction" to train and cultivate the comprehensive application and engineering practice ability of the participants.
