From April 28th to 29th, the first Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Mechanical Engineering Youth Talent Development Forum was successfully held in GDUT. Focusing on key issues such as teaching, postgraduate training, stress management and career planning, the forum gathered industry experts to conduct in-depth exchanges with young scientific and technological workers in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, providing valuable learning opportunities for young talents and promoting cooperation and development in the field of mechanical engineering in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
The forum is guided by the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society and the Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society, and co-sponsored by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Member Workstation (production engineering field) of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society and the Science and Technology Association of Guangdong University of Technology.
In his speech, Vice President Wang Chengyong extended a warm welcome to people from all walks of life to participate in the first Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Mechanical Engineering Youth Talent Development Forum. He emphasized the important role of young talents in promoting scientific and technological innovation and national economic development, and called for the continuous improvement of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Member Workstation. The working mechanism promotes cooperation and exchanges, provides a more complete growth platform for young scientific and technological workers, and jointly focuses on the growth of youth and creates the future of the Bay Area.
The forum introduced the basic situation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Member Workstation (production engineering field) of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. With the purpose of "achieving youth and serving the Bay Area", the workstation promotes exchanges and cooperation, promotes technological innovation, facilitates the transformation of achievements, and supports Youth grow up, and unites local members and young scientific and technological workers, jointly serving major national strategies, the development of regional equipment manufacturing industry, and specific industries. It hopes to create a platform for cooperation and exchange of outstanding young talents in the field of mechanical engineering in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The conference also held a roundtable forum entitled "Bay Area Development and Career Planning for Young Talents".
