Qiu Xueqing pointed out that the enrollment quality and personnel training quality of Jieyang Campus have been improved year by year since its launch, and the social influence and recognition have been continuously improved. The development momentum is good and the achievements are gratifying, but efforts should be made to lay a solid foundation and maintain characteristics. He required teachers and management cadres to attach importance to personnel training, adhere to the simultaneous development of five educations, and educate all employees, so as to be student-oriented and love students like children. It is necessary to improve the scientific research platform, attract high-level talents, promote interdisciplinary integration, and serve local projects and high-quality development.
