Recently, Profs An Taicheng and Li Guiying’s team from the Institute of Environmental Health and Pollution Control & School of Environmental Science and Engineering, has made new research achievements in the field of photocatalyst for the initiative capture and inactivation of biological aerosols.The related research paper, titled Bioinspired Artificial Spider Silk Photocatalyst for the High-efficiency Capture and Inactivation of Bacteria Aerosols, was published on 27 April 2023 in the journal Nature Communications. The first author of this paper is Peng Linghui, a postdoc of GDUT. Professor An is the corresponding author. GDUT is the only author unit of the paper.
