On May 26th-27th, The annual meeting of the Engineering Education Committee of China Higher Education Society and the first Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Engineering Education Forum were held in Guangzhou Changlong Hotel. The meeting was hosted by Guangdong University of Technology and guided by the Education Committee of China Academy of Engineering, China Higher Education Society and China Higher Education Society, attracting more than 600 experts and scholars from China Higher Education Society, Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zhejiang University and other high-level universities, well-known research institutions and scientific and technological enterprises.
The conference exchanged views on engineering education related to Greater Bay Area speeds up the construction of an world-class talent center and an innovative hub, and discussed the theory and practice of engineering education in China from several dimensions, such as the cultivation of top-notch innovative leading talents, new engineering education, and the integration and innovation of production and education.
