The School of Management received an official letter on April 19, from the Business Graduates Association (BGA), one of the three global accreditation systems for business education, congratulating the School on passing the BGA International Accreditation. It has become the 1st business school in Guangdong Province to obtain the BGA accreditation alone, making GDUT bag the first international business certification.
The International Accreditation Advisory Board of AMBA & BGA arranged a review on the School in early January, joined by Du Chengming, Vice President, heads of the International Office and the School of Management, and representatives from the faculty. During the meeting, Du expressed his gratitude to the Advisory Board, and introduced GDUT from history, disciplinary evolution, development strategy and characteristics. “BGA Accreditation follows the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) of the United Nations, and its Continuous Impact Model (CIM) aligns with our development strategy.
