On the morning of February 3, Hu Qintai, Secretary of the Party Committee of GDUT, and Chen Zhuowu, Vice President of GDUT, came to the student community and expressed their best wishes and sent new year gift packages to the students who stayed on campus during the winter holiday and the counselors who stuck to their posts.
During this winter holiday, more than 400 students stayed on campus for new year's Eve. GDUT provides part time jobs and seven days’ free meal coupons for the students, especially those from poor families, creating a warm and happy festival atmosphere for the students.
