On March 21, the 10th Excellent Mechanical Doctoral Thesis Award Ceremony of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society was held at Wuhan Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The doctoral thesis of Lin Haisheng (tutor: Professor Wang Chengyong and Professor Mohamed Abdou Djouadi), a member of ACTCC team of School of Eletromechanical Engineering, Guangdong University of Technology, won a special award for his thesis “Hf-B and Hf-B-N coating tool Research for High Speed cutting of Titanium Alloy”. Dr. Lin Haisheng was invited to report the paper to experts and scholars.
