In November, 2021, an Associate Researcher Yangchang in GDUT published a Paper in IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits, JSSC, an international top-level journal in the field of microelectronics and integrated circuits. The title of the paper is "Design and Characterization of a 10-MHz GaN Gate Driver Using On-Chip Feed-Forward Gaussian Switching Regulation for EMI Reduction", which is a collaborative paper by an Associate Researcher Yang Chang of the School of Integrated Circuits, GDUT and Professor Ping GUI of Southern Methodist University . Yang Chang is the first author of the paper. This is the first time that GDUT has published a paper on JSSC as the first author unit, which fully demonstrates GDUT's strong scientific research strength in the field of integrated circuit design.
