Personal Description |
He has been working closely with telecom equipment manufacturers and network operators to improve the speed and capacity of broadband optical access networks. He has been in charge of the National Outstanding Youth Fund project and the National Key R&D Program "Broadband Communication and New Network" project, and has completed the National 973 Project, the National 863 Project, the Ministry of Science and Technology's Major Scientific Instruments and Equipment Development Special Project, the Natural Science Foundation's Surface Project and the Ministry of Education's Returned Overseas Students Fund. He has published 98 papers as first author and corresponding author, and authorized 15 Chinese invention patents. Currently, he is a senior member of IEEE, a member of the Expert Working Committee of Optical Communication and Information Network Technology of Chinese Optical Engineering Society, and an editorial board member of Applied Optics, an optical communication journal of the Optical Society of America. |
