Research Team

His team is a very young team, with 2 professors, 4 vice-high school students, 4 lecturers and more than 40 graduate students. The senior teachers of this team have presided over national projects and many provincial and ministerial projects, and two lecturers have won the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the other two lecturers have won provincial projects. The team has established a good reward mechanism to assess and reward teachers and graduate students who have made academic contributions. Young teachers are selected in batches to go abroad for further studies and academic exchanges, and they are collectively organized to attend influential international conferences, and graduate students are selected to attend conferences abroad to increase their knowledge.
