Personal Introduction

Professor Luan Tiangang is the vice president and member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of GDUT. He obtained his bachelor's degree in engineering from the Department of Chemistry of Jilin University, and his master and doctor's degree from the Department of Chemistry of Sun Yat-sen University. His main research field is aquatic ecological toxicology, from the analysis of environmental organic pollutants to study the ecological effects of pollutants. He has been a visiting scholar at Waterloo University in Canada, Hong Kong Baptist University and City University of Hong Kong. He has published more than 130 SCI papers, which have been cited more than 3,000 times, with a H factor of 35. He is selected into the National New Century Talent Project by the Ministry of Education, the distinguished professor of Pearl River Scholars in Guangdong Higher Education, the head of the Innovation Team in the Key Area of the Ministry of Science and Technology's Innovation Talent Promotion Program, and the leading talent of Science and Technology Innovation in the "Ten Thousand Talent Plan" of the Central Organization Department, and won the National Outstanding Youth Fund. He served as a director of the Chinese Society of Mass Spectrometry, a standing director of the Guangdong Society for undefinedysis and Testing, a deputy chairman of the Guangdong Society of Mass Spectrometry, and a member of the Standing Committee of the Guangzhou Science and Technology Society.
